Description Ms. Porter became a director beginning immediately prior to the Company's initial public offering in July 2004. Ms. Porter serves on the Company's Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Porter has served as a Principal in Health Care Strategies, a healthcare consulting company, since June 2003. Ms. Porter served as a Senior Vice President of Operations Strategy at Tenet Healthcare Corporation from 1999 to May 2003 and as Tenet's Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, Eastern Division from 1997 to 1999.
