Description USU Software AG, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the development and marketing of software solutions. It operates in two business segments, Product Business and Service Business. The Product Business segment offers infrastructure management services for the administration of information technology (IT) assets, contracts, and software licenses; service/change management services for compliance with and formalization of IT service processes, including procurement, support, and maintenance; and services in the area of finance management for transparency, planning, and budgeting, as well as for charging IT costs and services. This segment also offers process management services consisting of monitoring, visualization, and controlling of various systems and processes required for IT operation. Its solutions include USU KnowledgeCenter, a Web-based product suite for structuring topics and information provision; Valuemation, a product suite for IT and service management in medium- and large-sized companies; USU Lifebelt, which acts as a self-service solution for IT support; USU KnowledgeScout, an interactive advice system for technical customer service; SmartTrack, a license management software; ZIS service level monitor for monitoring IT service infrastructure; ZISGUI system for graphical display of IT processes; ZIS Version 5.5 for business service monitoring; and USU Consulting, which advises companies in various aspects of IT and service management.
