Umberto Cidade Semeghini
Description Mr. Semeghini has been our regional systems officer since January 2007. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial. He was secretary of planning of the Ministry of Transport and the executive officer of Gerentec Engenharia. He has experience in the operation of systems, consulting services in the development of studies and projects for water supply and sanitary sewage systems, highway systems and, through partnerships with domestic and foreign companies, development of economic engineering studies (i.e., definition of tariff structures for public services).
