Umesh Patel
Description Umesh Patel has served as Vice President of our company since November 2007 after the completion of the Share Exchange. Prior to the consummation of the Share Exchange, he served as the Vice President of Digital Learning Management Corporation from 2004 to 2006 and as the President from 2006 until November 2007. From 1990 to 2001, Mr. Patel served as the President of Tech Med Billing Services. In 2001, Mr. Patel co-founded the School of I.T, serving as its Vice President from until February 2004. Effective November 8, 2009, Mr. Umesh Patel tendered his resignation as a director from the board of directors of China Yongxin Pharmaceuticals Inc.
