Description Up Energy Development Group Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the coal mining business in the People's Republic of China. The company holds interest in Xiaohuangshan mine, a raw coal mining project; the Shizhuanggou mine, a coal coking project; and the Quanshuigou mine, a coal washing and preparation project. It has strategic partnership with Baosteel Resources Co., Ltd. The company was formerly known as Tidetime Sun (Group) Limited and changed its name to Up Energy Development Group Limited in February 2011.
