Description W. Bennett Collett has served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Freedom Financial Corporation since its formation in 1985. Freedom was a registered bank holding company until January, 1988 when it sold its banking subsidiaries. Mr. Collett has served as Chairman and director of Freedom Holding, Inc. since its formation in December 1992. Holding's sole business currently is to hold shares of Florida Gaming Corporation. Collett was involved in the ownership and management of banking and financial service companies for over 30 years, having been a principal officer, and director of ten commercial banks.
