Cal Partee, Jr., age 65, is a senior partner in Partee Flooring Mill, Oil and Timber Investments, an oil and lumber production company, and has been responsible for its daily operation of business and timber and land investments for approximately 40 years. Mr. Partee has served on our Board of Directors since our merger with First United Bancshares, Inc. in 2000, and had served on the Board of Directors of First United Bancshares since 1983.
