Description W. Douglas Brown has been a member of our Board of Directors since May 2008. Mr. Brown served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (?Air Products?), a global supplier of industrial gases, performance materials and equipment and services, from 1999 until his retirement in 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Brown held General Counsel and various administrative positions with Air Products and its affiliates, including engineering, construction and energy-related businesses, from 1975.
