W. Garth Sprecher
Description W. Garth Sprecher, age 57, retired as Senior Vice President and Secretary of D&E in November 2007, having served in that position since May of 2002. He had served as Vice President and Secretary of D&E from 1996 to 2002. Mr. Sprecher held various positions with D&E since 1984. Mr. Sprecher is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lancaster General HealthCare Foundation. Mr. Sprecher is a member of PNC Bank Central Pennsylvania's Advisory Board as well as the Leadership Council of Elizabethtown College.
