Mr. Thomas holds a Masters in Business degree in addition to his law degree. In his law practice, Mr. Thomas represents many clients in bankruptcy. His knowledge of the bankruptcy system is very valuable to the Company related to loan collections and workouts. His business education provides him insight into a variety of financial matters for board discussions. He also serves on the board of a local college foundation and previously served as its Chairman.
