W. James (Jim) Scilacci
Description Mr. Scilacci, age 54, has been employed as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries Edison Mission Group Inc. and Edison Mission Energy since March 2005 to July 2008. Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, EMG since November 2005 to July 2008. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company's subsidiary Southern California Edison Company from January 2003 until March 2005. On May 16, 2008, the Company announced that W. James Scilacci, Jr. appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, effective August 1, 2008.
